Wrongful felony charges against DAWN LARUE. Filed May 30th 2012.

DAWN LARUE- WRONGFUL ARREST-HELD IN CONTAMINATION!
FEB 22nd 2012-Vancouver WA Unsanitary conditions within the Clark County jail in Vancouver, Washington are exposed by a former KCOP Los Angeles News Producer Dawn LaRue reports her unsafe and inhumane treatment while being held Recently in a cell at the Clark County Jail.
On February 22, 2012, DAWN LARUE was wrongfully arrested while in a Seizure state of health called SEROTONIN SYNDROME- Ms. LaRue's CARETAKER called 911 to request help and have Ms. LaRue transported to the Peace Health Emergency Room, instead she was taken to the Clark County Jail in Vancouver WA where she was kept in a freezing cold unheated cell loaded with human waste, vomit, blood and urine.
The barefoot and medically unstable LaRue was left with nowhere to sleep save the cement floor coated with these human body fluids, no heat, no cot, no blanket, nor any type of socks or slippers to prevent open wounds on her feet from exposure to Potentially infectious body fluids were provided.
Vancouver WA Police knew of her medical condition and that she had only One contact in the area, that being her caretaker. Acting in the capacity of authority and with self-interest for the benefit of the ongoing scheme, Clark County Police Officers knowingly confined Ms. LaRue and issued a no contact order between herself and her caretaker.
Ownership and control of the Clark County Jail must be exposed as the scheme rakes in thousands of dollars at the expense of both the Federal and State government. Exposure to cruel and unusual treatment, civil liberties and human rights violations in Clark County jail ensures the end to a pattern of corruption hurting citizens and lining the pockets of authority. Dawn was released on bail Feb 27th and is available now for an incredible story of deceit, corruption and other unsavory activities occurring at the Clark County Jail in Vancouver, Washington.
DAWN LARUE TRUE STATEMENT: CLARK COUNTY JAIL POLICE OFFICERS IN VIOLATION: 1. DID NOT READ MY (Dawn LaRue) RIGHTS 2. DID NOT TELL ME WHAT THE ARREST WAS FOR 3. NO BREATHALYZER TEST 4. NO URINE TEST 5. NO BLOOD TEST 6. NO BLANKET 7. NO MAT 8. NO SOCKS-SLIPPER 9. Inmate with HIV HEPC vomited on Dawn LaRue 10. 48 Hours no water - food bag was given with mold infested food and rotten milk.
Ms. LaRue Expressed to the Clark County Jail Nurses and Police Staff of her medical conditions and the open wounds on her feet Dawn asked for socks or slippers of which she received neither. For 48 Hours she was exposed to CONTAMINATION with the other women who were either being detoxed from prescribed medications and or Illegal drugs. All sitting in HUMAN WASTE in CONTAMINATED Cement Cell B7.
Ms. LARUE among many Violated Rights against her was not given a Clark County Jail Inmate Hand Book. On Duty Clark County Police Custody Officers or on staff Nurses refused to enter into CONTAMINATED CELL B7 to assist her or check on her life threatening medical emergency conditions.
Recap Testimony: Superior Court Vancouver, WA On May 25th 2012 a heroic advocate Jessica Webb P-ARNP, BC for WA State Sea Mar Medical, under oath, took the stand to testify that Ms. LaRue was prescribed a drug that created the medical emergency health reaction and that Ms. LaRue needed to be transported to the local Emergency Room not wrongfully arrested for false accusations of the ongoing scheme of the Clark County Police. Ms. Webb’s testimony assured Ms. LaRue’s innocence and freedom from all wrongful felony charges.

"SOMEBODY TO LOVE" was recorded at Chicago Trax in the winter of 1994 with Engineer Chuck Kawal and Featured Dawn LaRue on all Vocals plus Guitars with hired musicians Greg Fulton on Solo Guitar, Jason Laughner on Bass and Vic Pedraza on Drums.
This Original MTV Video was filmed in Chicago's Old Jewish Graceland Cemetery on North Clark Street March of 1995 and was shipped to the Hollywood UPN Paramount editing bay but somehow got lost and then found in 2012 still coded with time code and many damaged frames, the Dawn LaRue video was restored and all awhile the whole time unreleased but now, emerges this 2014
