"Dawn LaRues Near Death Experience" first solo single song release was "SOMEBODY TO LOVE" a remake remix by the orginal Jefferson Airplane song sung by Grace Slick and composed by Darby Slick 1967 IRVING MUSIC BMI. Licensed by The Harry Fox Agency with permission, it was released by MS Distributors worldwide and can now be found on AOL Music and more.
"SOMEBODY TO LOVE" was recorded at Chicago Trax in the winter of 1994 with Engineer Chuck Kawal and Featured Dawn LaRue on all Vocals plus Guitars with hired musicians Greg Fulton on Solo Guitar, Jason Laughner on Bass and Vic Pedraza on Drums.
This Original MTV Video was filmed in Chicago's Old Jewish Graceland Cemetery on North Clark Street March of 1995 and was shipped to the Hollywood UPN Paramount editing bay but somehow got lost and then found in 2012 still coded with time code and many damaged frames, the Dawn LaRue video was restored and all awhile the whole time unreleased but now, emerges this 2013
